We are a group focused on improving YOUR health and wellness through nutrition, diet and lifestyle education. This group will focus on plant based nutritional principles, safe and effective exercise for the overweight. Motivation, inspiration and fellowship. Our group is focused on lifting each other up and inspiring each others success. The group is for anyone that wants to live a long and vibrant life and those that want to prevent future health problems by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Our group is also excellent for anyone that is struggling with health and weight issues.
