What we're about

F#unctional Toronto Meetup Group aims to bring together F# and functional language enthusiasts from the Greater Toronto Area. Topics include: - Essentials of functional programming and F# - Using F# alongside other languages and libraries - Data visualization - Scientific programming - Numerical methods and optimization - Financial modelling - including derivative pricing, risk management and actuarial science - Asynchronous and parallel programming.

As an affiliated user group of fsharp.org (http://community.fsharp.org/), the F# Software Foundation, we strive to build a great community of passionate people who care deeply about F#, and want to make our community a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
