Learn about Sous Vide- Does anyone have experience with cooking Sous Vide (under vacuume)? Cooking food in vacuum bags in very precisely controlled water heated to a specific temperature. I just rigged up a sous vide cooker with a Croc-Pot and a Temperature Controller from amazon for $24.99. I just started out, but I think it would interesting if anyone in the group had more experience. Perhaps we could have a cooking night?
