Factur

Factur is a member-driven fabrication laboratory and coworking space that serves as a creative home in which people work, learn and build a community rooted in science, art and technology. To that end, we endeavor to Learn. Create. Share. Factur is many things. We are a classroom, both formal and informal. We are a workshop, a wood shop, a metalworking space, a craft space—or, as we like to call it: a fabrication laboratory. But, above all else, we are a community who values and stresses the importance of sharing with our neighbors. Yes, our members and students learn from their peers and experts. They also learn from hands-on experiences. However, it doesn’t matter where you attain your knowledge, just how you apply it. Of course, we encourage you to give back, as well. Discover ways to make great things. Then, make things greater. And, pass it on, so others can learn … to continue the cycle.
