In Person "Special Event" in Diamond Springs

Needs a location

You Are Invited to Discover The Stargate Meditation at the Diamond Springs Center around a 6' Stargate….

This is an opportunity to feel the presence of your Guides...
To be immersed in a high-vibrational energy field...
A field that is so tangible, so trans-formative,
that you cannot avoid being touched by it.

The basis of the Stargate is not work - it is a relaxation - it is a letting go and relaxing into a powerful, transformational energy field.
There is nothing for you to do but close your eyes and go inside.

This will be held with Diane Broussard at her Diamond Center where there is a large Stargate to circle around and join the Stargate Community!

Saturday May 28,[masked]pm-4:30pm
851 Pleasant Valley Road, Diamond Springs, CA

Cost: $20
Bring water bottle and blanket.
Join us to FEEL the ENERGY!

Bannister Park - American River walk

Location visible to members

This is a “go at your pace” walk beginning at Bannister Park off Fair Oaks Blvd in Fair Oaks. We'll walk out of the parking lot onto the paved trail which runs along the American River. This hike is an out'n'back for approximately 5 miles with no significant elevation change

This is a great hike for ANYBODY. Beginner's can get their feet & legs conditioned to walking mileage. People getting back into exercise can build their strength & stamina. Intermediate/Advanced hikers can polish their form, pace and breathing. EVERYBODY can work on their cardio!

Because we will all be on the same trail in both directions, anybody has the option to turn around at any time. Some will be fast and do all 5 miles, others may be slower or some might do only 2 or 3 miles. I will be taking a head count and keeping aware of each other. Come out and do what it is YOU need to do! Having a group of like-minded people to motivate you only adds to the experience! It's a beautiful walk.

Bannister Park has drinking water and toilets.

If you have a friendly dog/pet that you would like to bring along with you please do. My guy is a baby and just did his first 5 miler on 5/4/21. So now he is good to go on the walks which makes me very happy.

Here is a map showing showing our starting point and the 2.5 mile turn-around point: http://www.mapmyhike.com/workout/2481723044

Location visible to members

This is a “go at your pace” walk beginning in front of the Fair Oaks Amphitheatre at 7991 California St in the Village in Fair Oaks. This is across the street from the Fair Oaks Brew Pub.

This is a great walk for ANYBODY who wants to get out early in the morning and get a good walk in that is not too long. Being out in nature early in the morning with like minded people is the best way to start the day!

Because we will all be on the same trail in both directions, anybody has the option to turn around at any time. This walk is 4 miles some of which is through town and the rest of the walk is on the American River trail next to the river. I will be taking a head count and keeping aware of each of you on the walk to make sure you are not left behind. Having a group of like-minded people to motivate you only adds to the experience! It's a beautiful walk.

We have one spot along this walk that has drinking water and toilets.

If you have a friendly dog/pet that you would like to bring along with you please do. My puppy will be walking with me and he loves his walks. He is just a year old now and would love to have other friendly dogs join us so he can also make new friends.
