Forest Bathed Baby Club – A Walk for New and Expectant Parents

As Part of the Urban Tree Festival 2021 and to mark the launch of the Forest Bathed Baby Club, join our Founder Katie Mills, for a gentle and unique parent and childhood themed forest bathing experience bringing the joys and benefits of Forest Bathing to you and your baby/bump. This Forest Bathing event is specifically aimed at expectant and new parents with SLING WORN babies. If you can avoid bringing a pram please do.

Location: Alexandra Palace Park (Alexandra Palace, London N22 7BA). Meeting place will be confirmed after booking. Places are limited so please only register for this free event if you can definitely attend. With special thanks to Alexandra Palace Trust for site use.

WEATHER POLICY
This event may be cancelled the day before or shortened on the day in the event of high winds or storms. Other unforeseen circumstances might also force us to cancel at short notice. We appologise for the inconvenience if this happens.

WALKING POLICY
Personal Safety: The organiser will ensure a gentle walking pace and route but YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY during the walk and need to be able to manage a walk duration of 1 hour over some uneven ground. Please wear comfortable shoes and weather appropriate clothing. We recommended you carry bottled water and some snacks.
