Welcome! This newly started Meetup Group is intended to simply be a group of people who enjoy the experience of meditating together. The meditation technique taught by this group is a simple, 10 minute per day, easy to learn mantra and breathing technique as taught by Indian Spiritual Master, Gururaj Ananda Yogi (1932-1988). The positive effects of this practice are immediate and profound--less stress, more clarity of thought and most important--a deeper appreciation of the happiness and grace that resides in the hearts of all of us.
This group is welcoming to people of all genders, lifestyles, ages and personal beliefs. All meetups are free of charge with light refreshments served. Once members begin to join, meeting times and places will be posted.
