Welcome! We are a St. Louis/St. Charles Area Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). This group is for wholesalers, rehabbers and landlords, new and experienced, who have an interest in the St Louis Metro Area real estate market.
Our Real Estate Investors Club meets on the third Thursday of every month. With a casual, informal agenda, these meetings are designed to allow everyone the opportunity to ask questions, network and walk away with some new knowledge.
The meeting will run from 6pm to 10:00pm with networking, appetizers, and drinks from 6-6:45pm and the speaker/ discussion from 6:45-8:00pm. 8:00pm to 10:00 pm we have open networking.
If you are a First Time Attendee the meeting is FREE.

We are closing out another year of real estate investing by celebrating the deals, projects, creativity, progress, and people that made 2026 memorable.
Buyers Club Awards Night is back for year two, giving us a chance to recognize some of the incredible things happening throughout the St. Louis real estate investing community.
This year, we will be recognizing investors in five categories:
- Rookie of the Year
- Most Profitable Flip
- Most Beautiful Flip
- Most Creative Deal
- Most Successful BRRRR

Award submissions officially open October 19.
Awards Night is about more than handing out trophies. We want to hear the stories behind the projects, the numbers behind the deals, the problems that had to be solved, and the lessons learned along the way.
Some deals are beautiful. Some are incredibly profitable. Some take creativity just to make them work. And sometimes the biggest win is simply taking action and making something happen.
