Welcome! We are a St. Louis/St. Charles Area Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). This group is for wholesalers, rehabbers and landlords, new and experienced, who have an interest in the St Louis Metro Area real estate market.

Our Real Estate Investors Club will meet on the third Thursday of every month, there will be a monthly meeting. With a casual, informal agenda, these meetings are designed to allow everyone the opportunity to ask questions, network and walk away with some new knowledge.

The meeting will run from 6pm to 9pm with networking, appetizers, and drinks from 6-7pm and the speaker/ discussion from 7-9pm

If you are a First Time Attendee the meeting is FREE.

Share the Evening with a Local Successful Real Estate Investor – Bryan Schroeder

Bryan Schroeder is going to sit down with his Life and Business Coach Mike Kitko and share his story from being a beginner real estate investor to flipping well over 1000 houses, building a portfolio of 130 single family rentals and growing a hard money lending business.
