This is a real Feel Good, Nice, and ReFreshing route. You can choose to do 4.91 miles OR less~
This route is just under 5 miles
• DEPART from Freedom Memorial Park & take a LEFT on Hay St
• TAKE Hay St all the way to the Courthouse & than come back up Hay St on the opposite side
• LEFT on Robeson St
• LEFT on Franklin St
• TAKE Franklin St all the way to the Courthouse & than come back up Franklin St on the opposite side
• LEFT on Robeson St
• LEFT on Russell St
• TAKE Russell St all the way to Gillespie St & than come back up Russell St on the opposite side
• RIGHT on Robeson St. back to Freedom Memorial Park

Come join us in fighting that midweek slump by doing 3, 4, or 5 miles in one of the nicest parts of town. Runners of all levels and paces are invited.If you are training for an upcoming race, or want to improve your speed or endurance, the event host will be more than happy to help in designing a program for you.
Please keep in mind the following things:
-We will begin the run at 6:00 PM. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to introduces ourselves and discuss our run paces, distances, and routes, before we set out.
-For the purpose of safety, runners are encouraged to stay in a group of at least two or more people.
-During the winter months, we will be running after dark, so please bring reflective belts, lights (blinking/flashing and/or headlamp), or other safety gear.
-Cold water and gatorade will be provided by the event host

If you choose the "view route full screen" option, you can see turn-by-turn directions (on the left side, under "directions/notes"). The event host will also have printed out directions for each route if you need one.
Join Jackie for some hill repeats, plyometrics, & circuit training! Once you begin to attack (and master) hills, running on flat surfaces will seem like a breeze! Bring a yoga or exercise mat and/or a thick towel for the additional workout exercises.
