Midweek Miles

Come join us in fighting that midweek slump by doing 3, 4, or 5 miles in one of the nicest parts of town. Runners of all levels and paces are invited.If you are training for an upcoming race, or want to improve your speed or endurance, the event host will be more than happy to help in designing a program for you.
Please keep in mind the following things:
-We will begin the run at 6:30 PM. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to introduces ourselves and discuss our run paces, distances, and routes, before we set out.
-For the purpose of safety, runners are encouraged to stay in a group of at least two or more people.
-During the winter months, we will be running after dark, so please bring reflective belts, lights (blinking/flashing and/or headlamp), or other safety gear.
-Cold water and gatorade will be provided by the event host
-Feel free to post questions in the comments feed on this page so everyone can keep up-to-date. We look forward to seeing you out there!
