Creative Salad

The Mezz Cafe (upstairs at Whole Foods Market)

Please register at feedthemass.org/classes Salads come in all shapes and sizes, and some of the best are not the ones you eat everyday! Let’s scrap the lettuce and focus on homemade romesco and roasted veggies over a herbed couscous salad. And let’s talk simple, homemade, and delicious vinaigrettes.

Spicy Pork Belly Ramen

The Mezz Cafe (upstairs at Whole Foods Market)

Please Register at feedthemass.org/classes You might have seen the spicy ramen challenge on youtube, but that ramen doesn’t have depth, flavor, or pork belly. We want to knock down the barriers on making processed dried ramen with salt flavor packets and elevate your palate to freshly made broth and hand cut noodles. If you love Ramen you need to learn how to make it. This class will have a knife skills portion. Also, we will be making roasted pork belly so what are you waiting for?

Family Night: Chicken Pho

The Mezz Cafe (upstairs at Whole Foods Market)

Please registerat feedthemass.org/classes Learn to make this Vietnamese soup with chicken! We'll make this Pho the traditional way. You will also learn knife skills cutting up all the delicious ingredients for this meal. This class welcomes all ages, so register the family! The instructor for this class will be Jacobsen Valentine, founder of Feed the Mass and head chef of the organization. He has been teaching for 2 years and been a culinary professional for 10 years. You’re in good hands!
