A group for people of any age or ability who wish to improve their movement either recovering from injury, to improve performance in Sports or the Arts, lower anxiety or simply to explore oneself in a more mindfulway. Feldenkrais is a movement method, which through thousands of lessons explores different movement patterns and how we can move more easily. Each lesson is 50 minutes and concentrates on feeling the self as you move- a Mindfulness in Motion.
