Nicole Hamilton

Founder, Homeownering

Nicole Hamilton is the founder of Homeownering, a company dedicated to helping homeowners have great financial outcomes. Homeownering gives homebuyers and homeowners tools to get independent insight into home equity, home improvement, and home financing, and will be launching a comprehensive guide to homeownership in Fall 2017. Previously, Nicole founded Tactile Finance, an award-winning enterprise software company that sells software to banks, non-profits and government agencies. The tools help homeowners visualize all the financial transactions involving a home purchase, refinance, or sale. Nicole has had a long career in various technologies, including telecommunication software, mobile devices, and medical devices. She started her current company after finding it unacceptable that homeowners and homebuyers don’t have access to more sophisticated insight into the potential real estate outcomes of what is often their biggest asset, their home.

Dina Shoman

Founder and CEO, inherQuests

Dina Shoman comes from a long family history in banking, and is the Founder and CEO of inherQuests, an upcoming company that is creating fun financial education products for girls as young as Kindergarten. Dina believes that one of the ways women could have a higher chance of avoiding or minimizing the financial burdens of debt and dependence is by having an early financial education when they are still young girls. inherQuests’ first product follows specific financial education standards and is built using the experiential education and play-based models.

Dina currently serves as a board member of Worth Financial Holdings (which owns DailyWorth and WorthFM). She has previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of Branding at Arab Bank from 2006 to 2012. She was also a Member of the Board of Arab Bank plc in addition to other related entities such as Arab Bank Switzerland and Arab Bank Australia, as well as several reputable NGOs in Jordan like the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation, the Jordan River Foundation and INJAZ. Dina was born and raised in Jordan and educated in the United States. She holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from Bentley University. Dina is a Young Global Leader (YGL) with the World Economic Forum (WEF) and was ranked as the third most powerful Arab businesswoman by Forbes Middle East magazine in 2012.
