ABOUT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY INCUBATOR LEADERS

STELLA GRIZONT
Stella Grizont has supported thousands of women in making their dreams come true. She is the Incubator Leader and Co-Owner of Ladies Who Launch in New York City and New Jersey. Previously Stella worked with the Ladies Who Launch Corporation as the Vice President of Marketing where she helped catapult the brand’s presence from 35 markets to 54 markets in the US & Canada. She co-authored new programming currently being taught to all Ladies Who Launch members. Grizont managed and trained all 75 of the Ladies Who Launch Incubator leaders internationally. She is also currently an early contributor to new-breed communication agency, Living Breathing. Previously she served as Senior Brand Strategist at Young & Rubicam, one of the world's largest ad agencies. She has been published in iMedia and quoted in AdAge for her keen insights on cultural and consumer trends. She won accolades from the Campbell's Soup Company for her ethnographic research and won an achievement award from Y&R senior leadership. Stella Grizont graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with honors in Economics.

KARLA LIGHTFOOT
karla has worked with hundreds of women to help them determine, clarify and achieve their entrepreneurial, personal and professional dreams. She has worked as a Ladies Who Launch Incubator Leader in New York City for the past three years and is the co-licensee in New York City and Northeast and Central New Jersey. Karla is the founder of compassion couture, a t-shirt company that aims to inspire the world through the power of positive messages. Her varied work experience includes a background in buying, sales, marketing and management for a variety of multi-million dollar corporations including Bloomingdale's, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Tribune Interactive. She co-authored the best-selling cult classic, The BAP Handbook: The Official Guide to the Black American Princess (Random House) and has appeared on Good Morning America, in The New York Times, Newsweek, Fox News and more. Karla is a graduate of Wellesley College and The Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. She also studied at The University of Bologna and speaks fluent Italian and broken French. Karla is an avid skier and SFactor student; she enjoys yoga, sailing, tennis, cooking, and exploring a variety of ancient healing and wellness traditions including Ayurveda. Most of all, Karla loves encouraging others to follow their bliss and live out their dreams!
