We all have great ideas that we want to share with the world, and of course they inevitably get shot down! When we ask for advice people respond with a number of “tips”, which are sometimes too abstract or don’t apply to our situation. What we really want is a step-by-step set of guidelines to follow in order getting buy-in for our ideas. In this session we’ll provide you the steps and a case study, so that you can carry them out when you pitch your next idea! Each session is 90 minutes. The first 60 minutes are devoted to the topic proposed, and the last 30 minutes are open Q&A.
We request that people e-mail in questions one day before the session, so that we have time to address questions in the sessions.
