Next Meetup

Let's meet up and play fetch!
Calling all small breed dogs and pup parents! We'll be having a meetup this Saturday from 10:00AM to 10:45AM at our new location: the Harvard Medical School Front Lawn (299 Longwood Ave). We tried out this location last week and it is a big improvement from the Fens/Clemente Field because it has tall, lush, bright-green grass - sans goose poop! It is also walled in and will not be host to any sporting events. If you've been to our past meet ups you will know this is in stark contrast to the Fens/Clemente Field. We've been having a good turn out the past couple of weeks. Our weekly group includes 1 very mischievous toy poodle, a glamorous rat terrier, a bubbly cockapoo, 2 very handsome chihuahuas, 2 yorkies, a min pin, and a chiweenie! We'd love to meet even more new friends so don't be shy! Call or text me if you have trouble finding us: (206)[masked]

What we're about

Calling all small breed dog lovers! Would you like to give your urban pup a chance to make some new doggy friends without having to trek all the way out to the suburbs? Want a safe place for your petite canine friend to socialize with other dogs his/her size?

My toy poodle, Primrose, and her friends, would love to meet you!

I formed this meetup for two primary purposes: (1) to give dogs living in the downtown Boston area (especially the Fenway neighborhood) the opportunity to meet and socialize with other dogs in their area in an off-leash, relaxed setting; (2) give small breed dogs a chance to interact with dogs of a similar size so that they can be free to run, play, sniff, and be themselves without having to worry about being stepped on or hurt by a bigger dog.

My hope is that all sorts of small breed dogs, dog parents, friends of dogs, and dog allies will join us for some weekend fun at the Harvard Medical School front lawn. We plan to meet once per week on Saturday morning. Please see calendar for exact date, time, and location. Hope to see you soon!

There are no rules, regulations, or expectations, except for to be respectful of each dog owner's individual wishes.
