This class is a combination of a Caribbean Carnival and the best workout class you have ever been to!

One hour full body workout that combines elements of the festive dance and music of the Caribbean as well as traditional fitness moves, such as squats, lunges and core work that targets the waistline, thighs and increases cardiovascular endurance.
