About us
Are you a fan of classic films like The Godfather, Gone with the Wind, Star Wars, Citizen Kane, and Casablanca? Would you like to discuss them with other film fanatics? Then this is the group for you!
We meet monthly to discuss one of the top 100 films of all time (based on the "Top 100 Movies of All Time" list at davesmoviedatabase.com). Please note: We do not watch the movies together. Participants watch the movies on their own.
Also: there is a waiting list for the group so members are not automatically approved. However, that also means that I regularly purge inactive members (generally those who haven't attended for five months or more) to make room for new people.

When adjusted for inflation, this is one of the top 20 worldwide box office grosses of all time. It received 10 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, and won for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Sound. Read more about the fillm here.
