Presenter Bio:

Nick Love is a Multifamily Syndicator & Marketer, he is the Director of Acquisitions at Hazel Equity. Nick is a 24-Year-old multifamily investor, operator, and marketing specialist with 456 total units under management. Based in Dallas, TX, Nick is a marketing expert in multifamily real estate investing with experience in working with the Best Ever Real Estate brand, Think Multifamily, Goodegg Investments, and much more.

Nick also has a Bachelors's in Finance and Marketing from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Now, Nick is focused on building the multifamily investment company, Hazel Equity, by purchasing a/b class, value-add, properties in Texas as well as educating other multifamily operators on marketing and social media strategies.
