Hi! I’m Valentina, Certified Health Coach, speaker and food lover. I help you BREAK FREE from diets and live free, healthy and happy by: 1) revealing to you the myths about calorie-counting and dieting, 2) teaching you how to listen to your body and find what works for you and 3) guiding you through the mindset shifts you need to feel healthy, happy and sexy no matter what you eat.
I used to think that looking good and feeling good was a never-ending struggle of watching what I put in my mouth and forcing myself to go to the gym (which never worked by the way). But after many years of yoyo-dieting, calorie-counting and food obsessing, I discovered that it does not have to be this way! I learned the mindset and simple lifestyle shifts required to finally LIVE FREE - free from diets, food guilt, food shame and food obsession altogether.
