The glow of the candles will soothe your senses and relaxing music will guide you through a slower flow that focuses on longer holds and deep stretches.
Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular half or the "yang" tissues. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper "yin" tissues of our ligaments, bones, deep fascia networks, and even joints -- which require gentle pressure for a period of time in order to release.
The benefits of practicing Yin Yoga include increased flexibility, regaining space and strength in the joints, increasing the health of our organs, and quieting our mind.

Originally from the Chicago area, Cristin has called Las Vegas home for 16 years. She holds a degree in Psychology and is a certified group therapy life coach. She is also a Reiki healing practitioner.
Her passions are traveling, dancing, and of course…yoga!: ) After working as a professional dancer, performer, and ballroom dance instructor for over 10 years she decided to learn more about yoga which led her to her first teacher training. She has been teaching yoga for the last 6 years and couldn’t be happier! : )
She has a 500 hour certification through Moksha Yoga, a 200 hour Ashtanga certification, along with over 100 hours of continuing education hours.
