Join us for Boston Community Yoga via Find Your Calm. We will engage in gentle chair /mat yoga along with yogic breathing, mindfulness, and meditation to reduce stress and promote emotional well-being. The leader has an intention of introducing practices that also have scientific evidence of promoting well-being. All are welcome and we are striving to create an inclusive community that is a safe space for LGBTQ folks and people of all diverse backgrounds. All classes are by suggested donation. A portion of proceeds from each Boston Community Yoga class will go towards supporting a community organization or non profit that helps to fight for social and environmental justice.
