Tips & Tricks continues! Our aim for this year is to keep the train running and continue to provide the community an easy way to show the cool stuff they've been playing with on Azure.

Mika Haapsaari shares his war stories from the trenches with us:

"Azure DevTest Labs isn’t the most up-to-date or coolest feature out there, but there is still demand for the simple-of-use and self-service capabilities among companies. Automating a feature that has been available almost from the beginning of Azure can be a tricky task, but with the help of Azure DevOps, Functions, AAD DS and Desired State Configuration and good old reliable Powershell, it can be made in to a not-so-shabby solution."

If you're not familiar with it yet, the Virtual Azure Tips & Tricks presentations are approximately 30 minute long virtual presentations, mostly presented live, with opportunities to ask questions, through a streaming service near you (such as Teams, Youtube, or the like, depending on the presenter). The presentation is always done by a different presenter, with a topic that's dear to the presenter.

The presentations will be captured and uploaded to FAUG Youtube at a later date, so do not worry if you miss the live show. Our Youtube channel can be found from https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjnpiQDuc4cO3vDoCrnynFw

If you, or any of your colleagues or friends wants to give a presentation, please let us know and we'll set up a time slot. It doesn't matter if you're a new face in the community or a regular participant, just come show us something you've learned!
