Sherpa solves last mile and on-demand delivery through technology and a crowdsourced network of drivers. Sherpa has been around for over two years but officially launched in April 2015. Sherpa now operates in six cities across Australia has seen over 9000 driver pass through the platform. Plus Sherpa has served thousands of customers and is close to reaching 50,000 deliveries.

Ben will explore the importance which startups need to place on metrics, and ensuring you know what metrics to focus on. Ben will also emphasise the significance of learning to measure what matters for your business to enable growth and how to get your entire team on the same page to ensure success.

Ben is the co-founder and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Sherpa, a last mile and on-demand delivery technology business. Previous to Sherpa Ben worked in consultancy and at Groupon as a VP of sales. He specialises in growth and strategy and loves working with early stage startups.
