What we're about

The purpose of this group is to meet like minded individuals. We train at all levels and we keep the group small so each person learns how to workout correctly with a 10 yr certified trainer. Music, equipment and fun is what's included!
Kids are welcome, we have TONS of space for the kids to safely ride their bikes around and play. We are under a covered pavilion near soccer field 11 at the WILCO Park.

We meet weekly at the Williamson County Park. You can expect, laid back people, who are very encouraging. This is for all levels, we cap at 20 so each person can learn correct exercise and receive the attention the deserve.
We meet M/W 11a and 6pm. You can bring your children, there is plenty of space in the park for them to run around. Please bring water and weights and thats it! This is $99 a month or $15 to drop in.
The workouts are a combination of fat burning intervals followed by weight training in a fun circuit fashion, the 60 min goes by so fast you won't need to count the minutes!
