This is a group for anyone interested in getting Fit For Your Crew. Sharing ideas on fitness and nutrition. I believe that healthy fitness life style takes a mind, body and soul approach. When taking this type of an approach to fitness you achieve balanced in core principles of life. I will be sharing the lessons I have learned during my 25 plus years of experience being a First Responder. There will be a brief discussion on one or two wellness tips before starting the workout. This will be a HIT style of workout using hose, weighted packs, hose, tires and more. All skill levels are welcome and workout at your own risk. Looking forward to exploring a balanced and fit life style with everybody.
