Do you want to get fit? We are here to be active, have fun, and meet new people while focusing on living a healthy lifestyle.
I can imagine that people think that "working out" can be dreadful. But imagine doing different activities during the weekends that will help you get in the best shape of your life!! Even better, getting in shape while smiling, laughing, and creating some serious positive energy. We will meet every other weekend, preferably on Saturday mornings (some events may occur on Sundays).
Some things we will do are: hiking, bootcamps, bowling (yes, even bowling counts as being active), yoga, outdoor yoga, color run, kickboxing, flag football, trail walks, bridge walks, laser tag, kickball, trampolining (if that's a word), biking, and more!!! Feel free to suggest any activities we can do collectively. This is for YOU!!
