Fit, Fun, n' Over 50 (named after our group!)
30 minutes of fun and high energy aerobics and 30 minutes of strength training with bands and weights.
Wear loose, comfortable workout clothes and shoes and if you are going to the ground (which is NOT required), then please bring a yoga mat.
Water bottle and towel are also required.
10 class package total = $60 ($6 breakdown. If not doing the package, but do drop-ins only, it's $10 per lesson.)
