This meetup is for all geeks and nerds who want to workout with like minded people. All of our workouts are low impact and all exercises can be modified to accommodate all skill levels. After every workout we get together for drinks and socializing! I hope to meet you soon!

Workout at Red Rocks

Needs a location

This week We'll be working out at Red Rocks Amphitheater! We'll meet inside the Amphitheater. I'll try to be about in the middle of the stands. The day of, I'll share my location on google maps in the comments and say what color shirt I'm wearing so you can find me!

Make sure to bring water and wear sunscreen. I have some extra mats, but bring one if you have it. For the workout we'll use bodyweight and minibands. The exercises can be modified for all skill levels and restrictions.

Afterwards we'll head to Red Rocks Beer Garden for those that want to join us. I'll see you all there!

Boss Battle Fitness Class - Chain Reaction Brewing

Needs a location

The Boss Battle is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class where you do each exercise for a set amount of time. Just like a boss battle, you chip away at the workout one step at a time until you defeat it!

After the class enjoy the beer at Chain Reaction Brewing!

Park Workout and Run/Walk

Needs a location

Join us for a quick 20 minute workout followed by a 1, 2, or 3 mile run or walk. I recommend bringing your own mat, but I'll have a few extras if needed. We'll meet at the North end of the park, by the veteran memorial. You can park anywhere along the street.

After the workout we'll head to Blue Spruce Brewing Littleton for some drinks and good times! All the exercises in this workout can be modified to accommodate all skill levels. See you there!

Dungeons and Dragons Workout - Coal Mine Ave Brewing

Needs a location

In the Dungeons and Dragons class you will work your way through different stations, rolling one 6 sided dice and on 20 sided dice at each station. The 6 sided dice determines what exercise you will do and the 20 sided dice determines how many reps.

After the workout we'll enjoys some of the beers at Coal Mine Ave Brewing!
