WEEKEND WARRIORS - 2 Hr Strength Training Class
WEEKEND WARRIORS !!! SATURDAY 9:30AM to 11:30PM SUNDAY 10AM to 12PM Great for people who typically don't have time to workout or go to the gym during the week but still want to work all your muscle groups. 2 HOUR Intense Strength Training Class (10 minute break after the first hour)- Maximum fat burning/muscle toning workouts!!! Saturday and Sunday classes are 2 hours each. Each day focuses on different muscle groups. Strength training, bodybuilding, muscles pumping to the max!!!! If you want to build muscle, tone-up and burn tons of fat.... WITHOUT the running and jumping; this class is for you!!!!
