Short Version: To get in the best shape of your life with fitness, nutrition, and a positive community. This meetup will have running and cross training fitness events available - some free, some for a small denomination - all designed to help you reach your health goals!
Long Version: I am a Nutrition Coach and Owner at FitLife Studios. My mission is to bring together healthy active individuals looking for a community where they are inspired and empowered to reach their fitness and health goals. We each come with our own set of fitness skills/capabilities, experiences and goals - this is an environment for newbies to learn from their veteran peers and for our veterans to continue growing in their skills and pay it forward in sharing the love for health and fitness to others.
Who Should Join: We encourage anyone who loves to run, walk, hike, strength train, and stretch, who wants to learn how to train for races, get healthy (and maybe shed a couple of pounds), and meet new people. No matter what your skill level or goals there is a place for you!
Purpose: To expose the community to a healthy way of being and to inspire people to achieve their fitness and health goals. Not only will you have the opportunity to burn some calories but you'll also have the opportunity to learn how to maximize your results through good nutrition.
Meetup Agenda: We will be training for life! With cardio events, strength training events and mindset and stretching events, you'll be a well rounded active person who will be able to conquer whatever goals you set for yourself!
