I am a Certified Personal Trainer through National Personal Training Institute. I have been training clients for over 9 years and have helped them lose weight, tone up, increase their endurance, and learn how to make positive lifestyle changes to maintain those results. Improved posture, flexibility, and balance are also a focus while helping my clients attain their weight loss goals.
Motivation, inspiration and results are a key factor when helping you reach your goals. =) I always keeps your goals in mind and design a program that fits your abilities and needs. Cookie cutter fitness programs do not exist. Your program is designed based on your fitness evaluation. Your progress and fitness plan are documented and will reflect your desired results given you put in the effort to achieve them.
