We want to build community around the topic of fitness for fun, for all ages. We need to learn adjustments to taking care of our bodies. There are so many ways to stretch, move, sweat, get our heart rate going and we are best served expanding our knowledge and methods. To do this within a community is powerful. To support and experience the journey together is worthwhile.
