People from all walks of life and any fitness level should join this group! Camaraderie and fitness fun is the goal! So, if you are looking for a healthy kind of fun, here it is! Workouts will be led by an ACE certified trainer/Science Teacher in random places with energetic music! Its been awhile since I’ve trained groups but ready to share my passion with others and make good quality friends! Kickboxing, Insanity, Step aerobics, HIIT and stretching might incorporate a little yoga and meditation. Some days, you might need to BYOE! Let’s go with the flow. Bringing your own equipment might include the following: dumbbells, mats, steps, jump ropes, medicine balls, stretch bands etc. If not, no worries!! We can improvise😉 Using the body is always the most effective, no equipment needed!
