There are few things better than a good Vinyasa Flow or a strong plank while listening to the sound of water. You do not have to be an expert in fitness, yoga or paddleboarding to join this meetup group. Whatever your level, just come with an open heart and get ready to free your mental, physical, and spiritual body. Our SUPSmart Fitness and YOGA Classes are offered everyday at 9am by advanced Reservations. Call (954) 440-4562 to Reserved a Spot. The yoga class will be lead by a Certified Yoga Instructor and our SUPSmart Fitness is lead by a certified Personal Trainer. Variations will be offered for all levels of fitness.

Paddle Board YOGA is AWESOME. Whether you are a Beginner or Advanced we adapt classes to meet your skill level. Yoga on a Paddle Board is just like regular yoga, except sometimes, you might get wet! You don’t have to know how to use a paddle board or do yoga to get started in this new and FUN EXERCISE! For yoga beginners, its a fun and exciting way to experience a yoga practice that’s not too serious and is full of laughs. For experienced yoga practitioners, its a great way to test the stability and strength of their asana. We know that exercise on the water is just plain better and even though you are burning calories it just doesn’t feel like your working out because it is so much fun. The setting is amazing, being outdoors feels exhilarating, feeling the wind in your face is refreshing, and seeing the water below you is euphoric. The moving ripples add a unique challenge when it comes to your balance, so you end up using your core and leg muscles (proprioceptive) much more than you would in a regular yoga class. For fitness enthusiast this form of Yoga forces you to use some muscles that are often neglected and is a great way to work your core improve balance, and maintain positive spirituality. Paddle Board Yoga is a unique experience and the perfect way to enjoy our scenic peaceful waterways. Paddleboard YOGA Our Yoga Instructors are skilled in the teachings of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Gentle Hatha, Pre-Natal, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Meditation and more. Sunrise Paddleboards is proud to Partner with neighboring Yoga Studios with Leaders who will share their practice and teachings with you in a way that is creative, nurturing, and challenging. Start your day on the water, this workout will not only challenge your core, endurance and strength but will also help to improve balance at the same time while having fun. • Cost: First Class $30 per person, includes board rental • Class led by a certified personal trainer & paddle board instructor • MUST CALL[masked] BY 5PM THE NIGHT BEFORE AND PREPAY • Shop # (954)[masked] • Meetup will not take place without prepaid reservations Form is very important so you can gain the best benefits with minimal chance for injuries. Our core is always engaged when you are using proper form and the resistance is always constantly challenging your fitness goals. We will teach you to become comfortable to move your feet around to make sure you get a great pivot turn. The best part about all of it is that when you fall you fall in water. And when you fall in water you get wet. ;) This class if for every level, from beginners who have never held a paddle, to those that are looking for a good push while practicing on your strokes per minute. Sunrise Paddleboards is located on Middle River with over 40 boards in our rental fleet alone. Our drop location is a no wake zone with very little boat traffic. This is a great place to learn to paddle board.
