The Fitness & Spirituality Meetups are meant to promote wellbeing; the harmony of physical, emotional and “spiritual” states.

My work outlines practical and creative ideas inspired by love in the quest for wellbeing.

As a fitness coach, besides exercise and diet, I suggest daily doses of reflection on life and self-examination.

In Fit for Joy, I wrote about the paradox of two realities that don’t match: physical health and mental chaos. The idea was to start a conversation about the “true” meaning of health. A PDF copy is attached.

As a podcast host, I am in search of meaningful truths, ideas, and insights about mental and spiritual health that can awaken new ways of thinking, leading us toward a new way of being — Being Well."

Our warm-up begins with a dynamic stretch.

Intended for mobility and flexibility, improves body awareness, circulation, and posture to reduce imbalances and soreness.

• PART III: Full-Body Workout - (Duration: 20 minutes)

A full-body, conditioning and strength training circuit that consists of fun and functional exercises.

• PART IV: A Conversation on the “true” meaning of health and love + Diet Suggestion - (Duration: 30 minutes)

Discussion about how love can be measured and defined by one’s healthy thinking, intentions, and actions. This is also a time for diet suggestions and recommendations.
