What we’re about

FitnessKakis is a group of like-minded kakis who meet up regularly to support, encourage and motivate one another to stay active. We have the support from certified Trainers volunteering their skills and time to coach/train us as well as activities organise by our own event hosts. Our events includes a wide varieties of activities to meet different fitness level and age groups. That's sure to be some activity you can join us for a start.
