What we're about

Being a part of this group will keep you motivated to get out and enjoy a workout with new friends who want to be active and get fit. You don't have to be skilled in any of the activities; we will develop our skills together. The important thing is to HAVE FUN! Weekends and weekdays will be planned according to what we can collectively arrange. Feel free to make suggestions and co-organize with me! Some fees may apply, depending on the activity.

Stretch, Tone & Balance - IN PERSON

This weekly class is held on Mondays at 10:30am (on Zoom) and Wednesdays at 1:15pm (in person) and is designed for all levels of fitness. It focuses on improving your muscle definition, balance and flexibility using elements of Yoga, Pilates and standing poses. Please have ready a sturdy chair, a non-slip floor mat and 1-3 lb hand weights. Resistance band and yoga block optional.
