Tonight we'll explore the many sights of the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs at dusk and during the "blue hour." There are many great scenes to photograph and experiment with HDR and painting with light.

It is beneficial if you bring a sturdy tripod and small flashlight. Any lens will do, however we recommend a wide angle and telephoto to get the best results. A cable release can help as well, but the self timer can be used also.

After the PhotoWalk we'll head to one of the local restaurants/pubs and share some of our shots.

DO NOT park in big parking lot on Alt 19 and Dodecanese Blvd. Park in paid spots on Dodecanese Blvd, 1 block from Alt 19 on the left.

My Recommended Retailers

Where you buy your gear matters. You expect to get what you ordered and you want to pay a low price for it. The retailers I recommend below are the ones I trust for my own purchases.

FCCP Gear & More Store powered by Amazon (http://astore.amazon.com/fccp-20)

B & H Photo and Video (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/buy/Great-Deals/ci/16478/N/4280521071?BI=4308&KW=&KBID=4736)

Adorama - The Photography People (http://www.adorama.com/?kbid=64386)

Bringing you the activities and this site is now a full time job (typically 60-80 hours per week). Thus, I depend on membership fees and on the commissions received from you using the links on this site to make any purchase. My family and I are grateful for your support! - Jeff
