FREE Lightroom Study Group

Are a Lightroom user that occasionally struggles to get a technique perfected, doesn’t understand a tool or just needs help in general? If so, this study group may be for you. This is not a class. Do not expect the instructor to present a feature or tool every week. This group is for individual help with a specific tool, technique, module etc. The instructor is Jeff Donald, a certified Lightroom instructor.

Members that RSVP to attend need to bring their laptop or iPad with Adobe Lightroom Classic or Lightroom Mobile (on iPad) installed. The internet at O’Keefe’s is not fast enough to download the app.

When you attend, you’ll need to have a laptop. Power outlets are limited, so you may need to share a power strip. You’ll also need to bring several photos that are already imported into Lightroom These photos will be used by the instructor to teach and guide you as you learn the tool, technique etc. Bring enough work to keep you occupied for the full two hours. The instructor can not guarantee the order in which you’ll receive help/guidance.

This is not a class. You will not be permitted to attend week after week and ask about each Lightroom Module. This study group is not for beginners that have not used the program.

You must RSVP to attend. Attendance is strictly limited to 8 students plus the instructor. There are no exceptions. You are expected to be full vaccinated. The instructor is fully vaccinated and has had his booster. If you’re a no show or do not remove your RSVP 48 before the event, you’ll be blocked from signing up for future study groups.

You are not expected to make a food or beverage purchase. Food and beverages are available and they have a full menu with deserts, appetizers and complete meals. The parking is free and the lot is well lit.
