Flutter Melbourne April Hack Night

Details

April Hack Night is back on Wednesday 17th, April. This is a combined GDG Melbourne, Flutter Melbourne & CocoaHeads hack night, so you only need to RSVP on ONE of these event pages !

RSVPs open: Wednesday, April 10, 2019 12:00 PM

RSVPs open a WEEK BEFORE the event (instead of now when we announce the event). We've found that more than 60% of people who have RSVP'd are not turning up, so by RSVPing closer to the date everyone will have a better idea of their plans!

• What Is Hack Night?

Hack Night is all about everyone learning, collaborating, sharing tips, tricks and very few presentations ... it's all about the code ! Everyone is welcome to our all-ages alcohol-free event.

If you are just starting with Flutter we'll help you with:

  • Setup up your development tools and start your first project
  • Answer your questions and help you resolve problems
  • Get you to the next phase of your project

• What to bring:

  • Your laptop and any other devices or hardware you need for your project
  • Installed development tools like Android Studio / VS Code, but we can help you with this if you are having problems

• Venue

Hack night is hosted in a professional environment to allow you to work on your own project. Experts, colleagues and peers are on hand to help you out with problems and to collaborate on projects.

• Policies, Conduct & How We Run the Event

Flutter Melbourne is a subgroup of GDG Melbourn and all attendees are asked to act in accordance with our Code of Conduct: http://bit.ly/GDG_CoC

If anyone needs an accessible entrance to the lobby that doesn't involve stairs please message Mike or another Organiser of this event and we can make arrangements.

We try to make sure anyone who wants to can attend, but sometimes we are overbooked. If you find yourself wait listed, you may still be able to attend as per our Wait List policy: https://www.gdgmelbourne.com/waitlist-policy/
