What we're about

Weekly Meet-up at Folsom Lake (Granite Bay Entrance) to inspire and motivate each other in fitness. Workouts will include a warm-up, work-out, and stretching and last approximately an hour. Activities will vary with each week, but may include running, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, jumprope, and/or medicine balls. Modifications are always available. Fresh ideas welcome!

Note: Folsom Lake requires a state park pass or daily fee.

Conditions are always changing out here between weather, water level, and special events, so be prepared to adapt as necessary.
