Over 75% of the early deaths in this county are caused by chronic diseases that are completely preventable and, in many cases, reversible. Research also shows that most people with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's and strokes have shorter lives and have a higher degree of complications in the last ten years of their lives. How do we prevent or reverse these conditions? Let's begin by studying the healthiest, longest living people on the planet.
