Dino’s: in Bourdain’s footsteps. No reservations

As East Nashville’s oldest dive bar (1970s!), Dino’s stays true to its roots. Serving classic burgers and fries, Dino’s is a neighborhood watering hole for locals and visitors alike.

Known across the country for the “Dino’s cheeseburger,” Dino’s was voted Top 3 Burgers in the country by Bon Appetit Magazine and visited by the one and only, Anthony Bourdain for his “Parts Unknown” show in 2016

A brand new restaurant in town created by a renown chef will open on September 18, 2021

The menu will focus on a playful approach to New American cuisine utilizing local ingredients for dinner, lunch, and brunch. Chef Partner, Jamie Lynch boasts an impressive culinary background including Le Cirque, Aureole and Café Boulud. Since opening 5Church in 2012, he has been recognized as Charlotte Magazine’s Best Chef 5 separate times, most recently 2020. He competed on Season 14 of Top Chef in Charleston where he made his mark with his controversial decision to give up immunity, the only time in the show’s history, he also competed on Season 17 Top Chef All Stars

Chef and owner Jake Howell's menu of Spanish and Basque-inspired food cooked with French techniques is always changing, and he doesn’t like anything to go to waste. To that end, many meat dishes use cuts not served at other restaurants. Favorites interpretations include a braised rabbit, a blood sausage crepe, and tomato toast. Items are listed on the menu with just a hint at some of their ingredients, and few substitutions are made. Expect artful presentations all around
