Want to get fit, have fun, energize your mind body and soul? We are a fun group of people who like to support each other and try new things.

Some of the things that we like to do are: Yoga, Kick Boxing, Dance, Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, Bubble Soccer, Hiking, Biking, Paintball, Skiing, Snowboarding, Fitness Classes, Body Weight Exercise, Mud Races, Obstacle Courses, Trampoline Parks, Swimming, Flash Mobs, Laser Tag, Flag Football, Dodge Ball, Basketball, Street Parties, Try New Restaurants, Healthy Dining, and Cooking.

We like to do these activities inside or outside, as long as we are side by side. Whether your goal is to tantalize your palate while eating right (Food), meet some great new people (Fun), or to get active and/or lose weight (Fitness) - This Group is for You!
