I want to learn what it takes to start a food start-up? I am interested in a traditional restaurant set up but would also like to learn of the different innovations you can bring to the metaphorical table through innovative use of technology.
I want to run my own restaurant some day. It will be a small specialized store that sells Indian kebabs and roti. I want to learn how to get from an idea to a operational restaurant and what are the various things involved.
