Forest Bathing is a slow, mindful walk in the trees with many documented health benefits. It’s becoming very popular and doctors are prescribing Forest Bathing to their patients for such ailments as stress, high blood pressure and even hormone balancing. Anyone capable of walking a mile can join in. Every Wednesday we will meet at a trail and walk slowly, do "invitations" designed to enliven the senses and end with wildcrafted tea and snacks.
