What we're about

This is a group for adults who love to read.

Forever Young is a book club for adults who love to read young adult novels. We'll be reading books from various genres, so we should have something for everyone. We meet once a month on the third Thursday at 6:30 pm. At the meeting we'll have a great discussion about that month's book while sipping on some great refreshments.

Let's get reading!

Internment by Samira Ahmed

Online event

Rebellions are built on hope.

Set in a horrifying near-future United States, seventeen-year-old Layla Amin and her parents are forced into an internment camp for Muslim American citizens.

With the help of newly made friends also trapped within the internment camp, her boyfriend on the outside, and an unexpected alliance, Layla begins a journey to fight for freedom, leading a revolution against the internment camp's Director and his guards.

Heart-racing and emotional, Internment challenges readers to fight complicit silence that exists in our society today.

Freebie Month!

Online event

Read whatever you want and let's talk about it. With the holidays just around the corner, book club shouldn't be stressful or an additional chore. Grab something fluffy, something from your TBR pile, or just something you'd love to recommend to everyone. It doesn't have to be a book either, got a fun podcast you love to listen to? Please bring it to share.
