This purpose of this meetup group is to practice some "qigong/chi kung/neigong" exercises and forms (using Chinese terminology). I'm planning on doing it outside in the park (weather permitting). I'm inviting others who may want to learn about them to join me. The external movements of the forms are relatively simple and can be done by anyone of any age or condition. The internal work of the forms (the "neigong") requires developing some understanding of the energetic and physical concepts involved.
